Carbon dioxide filling machine is a special equipment for resin foaming processing, mainly for extrusion or injection molding foaming process to provide stable flow foaming agent. The system is composed of a booster pump, a pressure regulating system and a metering system. The carbon dioxide medium is boosted by the booster pump, the pressure reducing valve, the regulating valve and the back pressure valve to establish the back pressure. After achieving a stable fluid state and a set gas injection flow rate, the quantitative blowing agent output can be provided to the production equipment.
