Dongguan Hailex New Material Scicence and Technology Co., Ltd.

Found in September 2016 by the scenic Songshan Lake, Hailex has ever since been dedicated to the research and development as well as environmentally friendly manufacturing of supercritical fluid foaming materials, which are characterized by their outstanding performance and lightweight. Since the incorporation, we has filed more than 20 international and national invention patents, and obtained five authorizations so far (three from the US and six from China). Hailex has a supercritical fluid foam production line designed and built on our own (patented) for special-shaped shoe materials. At present, we have altogether three production plants in China and abroad: our Vietnam factory in Ho Chi Minh City, Qishi factory (Yinmandi Industrial Park), and Eastern Dongguan factory (in the eastern part of Songshan Lake Eastern Industrial Park). To further scale up our production capacity in Southeast Asia and supplement our lines, we are planning to build a second plant in Vietnam, and one in Indonesia. We try to maintain our lead in the field of supercritical foaming technology and keep abreast of the technological development within the industry by continuous investment in innovation and research and development.
